About Property

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has recently leased nearly 100000 sqft of office space in Mumbai's business district Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). Currently BCG occupies around 29000 sqft in Nariman Bhavan at Nariman Point and around 18000 sqft of office space in Maker Maxity. The plan is to eventually move its registered office from Nariman Bhavan to Maker Maxity once the new office is operational.
The lease agreement for the office space in Maker Maxity's ground floor sixth floor and ninth floor was finalized through multiple pacts registered on February 22 and February 23.
According to Rahool Pai Panandiker Managing Director and Partner at BCG India this expansion aligns with the company's historic growth and strong growth expectations in the future. BCG aims to create a unique workspace that integrates new working models and emphasizes their commitment to climate action while also reflecting the spirit of Mumbai India and their heritage. Mira Road is a suburb located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) in the state of Maharashtra India. It is situated in the northern part of Mumbai and falls under the jurisdiction of the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation.
